MICHELLE SPECIALIZES IN GRIEF MENTORING and GENERAL LIFE COACHING A GRIEF MENTOR IS SOMEONE WHO IS THERE TO MENTOR YOU AND HELP GUIDE YOU THROUGH YOUR OWN GRIEF. I MEET YOU WHERE YOU ARE CURRENTLY AND HELP YOU DEVISE A ROAD MAP FOR YOUR FUTURE WHILE FINDING WAYS TO HONOR YOUR LOVED ONE THAT’S PAST. My own journey through grief after the the loss of my two sons has taken me on many winding roads with hills and valleys... some so deep that I never thought I would pick myself up to see the light again. But, through the Grace of God, I was able to heal by being a "wounded healer" by helping people on their own journey. My mentorship sessions are 1 on 1 and full of tools that I have personally used to move through my own losses. Even though at times it may feel like we may have taken three steps forward and then five steps backwards when it comes to the stages of grief, there is hope. Sometimes as the bereaved, we just need a safe space to talk about and to feel all of the emotions that tie us to grief. I am here to listen and help guide you on your journey through grief so that you can come to a place where you can honor your loved one by honoring yourself through love and compassion. 5 one hour sessions / $450
